Acknowledge how you feel.
Understanding and acknowledging our feelings is very important, I mean seriously if someone slapped you would you just look at them and say ouch? Of course not, it would hurt and most likely you might get angry. Whatever the reason, my point is that you would certainly feel something. Now, how you react or respond is a barometer to help you to see where you are. Feelings help us know where and how we're vibrating and disregarding our feelings impedes our growth. So always remember to check-in with yourself and see where you "live" energetically and acknowledge your feelings, but be careful to not allow them to control you. Lean into them, acknowledge them and process through them.
